Restauran Sri Taman Mas 炭烧脆皮鸭鱼头饭店

又来到星期日中午,天气还是一样的炎热,我和老爸又开始了以下的一段对话... ...
老爸先开始说:‘吃什么?’
我又回问:‘吃什么?’
老爸又接:‘吃什么?’
我还是答:‘吃什么?’
一个小时后... ...
‘阿爸,hun..ge..rry...’我要死不死的说。
‘吃什么?’这是老爸的回答。
无声... ...
过不久,我终于很果断的跟老爸说。‘阿爸,Hun..gerrrr..rry...不如我们去吃xxx咯’
‘关了。’老爸一盘冷水淋下来。
‘那,xxx咧?’
‘也关了。’(死未??早早不肯出去)后来老爸说万里望Taman Mas金山小吃中心前面的新店有一间炭烧鸭,这时间还有东西吃,我在极饿的状态下什么都说好,匆匆上车走了。

看到招牌大大的炭烧鸡,我是有所期待的,告诉自己要平常心的时候,又想,这么饿了什么东西都会变好吃的吧?店家也很认真的把冷掉的鸭过油才上桌,不错。我先把鸭拱到鼻前用力嗅,想说炭烧的鸭会不会有多些香味,其实是没有的。然后又试鸭皮,嗯,很脆,口感有一点象烧肉皮的感觉;至于肉呢,不精彩,没鸭味,没味道,又干。它有伴两碟酱,一碟辣一碟不辣,不辣的酱很够味,够味到伴着鸭肉吃你完全不会发现肉没味道的缺点;辣的呢,更好,除了掩盖更能混淆你的味觉,什么都尝不出。其实,古人说的欲盖弥彰是很有道理的,掩盖只骗得了自己,骗不了别人,至少骗不了天;若你慢慢咀嚼,酱汁味道退去后,你更感到肉的索然无味。

炒得水水的腐乳炒油麦(这不叫油麦菜,是香胆才对)我不愿多说,超普通。


回家时,我的反应是跟老爸说,‘车,你又说它出名的?骗我!’
老爸说:‘是咯,创世纪更好吃。’
‘算啦!一次过...’
这里的鸭又让我想起一种女人,化装美女,看上去惊艳,但言谈索然无味,卸妆后更惨不忍睹。

the photos of the dishes is quite nicely taken. what camera do u use to take those photos. don't tell me it's just a 5 mega pixel phone camera.
