Hoong Tho Restaurant 旧街场鸿图酒楼

这一家店可能你会告诉我它看起来顶多是饭店,怎么会是酒楼呢?哼!老一辈的人听到你就不得了了,他们会告诉你 - 你知不知道啊?以前啊鸿图是最威水的酒楼,谁谁谁的谁谁结婚都在这里摆酒的喔,我以前的收工就都在这里喝,还有啊... ...问你死未?

Deep Fried Meehoon 干煎米 - RM9.00 (2 persons 两人份)
我最喜欢吃这里的干煎米,米粉煎得超酥脆。沾少少汁吃咬得‘唰唰声’又爽,泡久一点吃汁吸得饱饱带少少脆又爽。


Moonlight Rice Noodle 月光炒河 - RM5.50
看到布告板上贴着美食书介绍月光炒河好O野,我就奇怪说怎么我吃了这么多次就是没吃过这道?所以叫了一人份试试看。上菜时发现不止有月光,旁边还有很多云(蛋白),心想这样就破坏了。心想趁热赶快捞匀它可能会好一点,可是,捞的时候河粉怎么不会出烟?不理了,先吃牛肉试试看,嗯,不错,有用酒腌过,炒得刚刚熟。河粉呢?没什么锅气,月亮和云浸到河粉湿湿稠稠的。除了牛肉,河粉不值得介绍。



Crispy Fried Fish Meat 酥炸鱼滑 - RM1.10 / pc 粒
鱼滑我们通常都见到是用来蒸的,这烹调方式很少见,用来炸,因为炸了就不滑了嘛。包裹鱼滑的云吞皮炸得非常酥...脆!里头的鱼肉一点也没有炸老,还很柔润,juicy~不想吃饱可以来这里叫杯饮料,吃酥炸鱼滑点辣椒酱当零食噢!

this one i must leave my comment for it...i love hung tou very much cause i used to go there with my grandpa when i was very very young...i love thier taste, the table, the chair, the old stairs, and espeically...the memories with my grandparents over there...
